Boxing & Football with CBT Techniques

 

Combining structured physical activity with principles of cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), this intervention helps students manage behaviour, regulate emotions, and improve focus. Led by a prominent female boxer from East London, the program runs twice weekly across two sites. Key benefits include:
